Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive the growth of our Customer Workflows platform in the UKI Healthcare and Higher Education sectors. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will develop innovative business solutions that meet their needs and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sales strategy for allocated accounts and territories, with a focus on driving sales quotas and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Core Sales Teams and other ServiceNow Solution Areas to deliver outcomes-based solutions to customers and prospects.
  • Present our Customer Workflows offering to prospects, customers, partners, and at industry events and seminars.
  • Support the regional ServiceNow partner channels to drive an effective customer experience.
  • Articulate customer success strategies to the field to streamline and standardize Platform presentations and value proposition.
  • Sales and partner eco-system sales enablement.
  • Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
  • Sales process management and opportunity closure.
  • Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of over-achievement in Public Sector focused software sales, preferably within a Customer Service Management / CRM / CX / CPaaS vendor.
  • Experience in technologies such as Salesforce (Service Cloud) / Pega (CRM) / Microsoft (D365) / Oracle / SAP CX (or similar).
  • A strong understanding of the CRM or CX solution-related business processes.
  • Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with both C-level execs at customers as well as with individuals in ServiceNow internal and external eco-system.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Regional travel required.
