Senior Solution Sales Executive

We are seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive the growth of our Customer Workflows platform in the UKI Healthcare and Higher Education sectors. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will develop innovative business solutions that meet their needs and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy for allocated accounts and territories, with a focus on driving sales quotas and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Core Sales Teams and other ServiceNow Solution Areas to deliver outcomes-based solutions to customers and prospects.
- Present our Customer Workflows offering to prospects, customers, partners, and at industry events and seminars.
- Support the regional ServiceNow partner channels to drive an effective customer experience.
- Articulate customer success strategies to the field to streamline and standardize Platform presentations and value proposition.
- Sales and partner eco-system sales enablement.
- Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
- Sales process management and opportunity closure.
- Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of over-achievement in Public Sector focused software sales, preferably within a Customer Service Management / CRM / CX / CPaaS vendor.
- Experience in technologies such as Salesforce (Service Cloud) / Pega (CRM) / Microsoft (D365) / Oracle / SAP CX (or similar).
- A strong understanding of the CRM or CX solution-related business processes.
- Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with both C-level execs at customers as well as with individuals in ServiceNow internal and external eco-system.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Regional travel required.
