About the Role

The Clinical Lead is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and will provide leadership and senior operations support on behalf of the Managing Director for all clinical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Working together with the senior leadership team, the post holder will contribute to the strategic development and growth of live-in care, with a specific focus on enabling expansion of our quality support to working age adults in the community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Line management of the Operational Support Supervisor
  • Through clinical and professional leadership, grow the breadth of people that we support in the community
  • Designated Learning Lead for Agincare Live-in Care

About You

You will have a thorough understanding of Health and Social care and a passion for the provision of person-centred care. You will have extensive knowledge of CQC regulations and apply this and lead from the front as a member of the Senior Leadership team.

You will be able to communicate at all levels, think strategically and build and maintain effective working relationships with all. You will hold a relevant nursing qualification and maintain registration with the NMC.
