As a Veterinary Surgeon - Clinical Lead, you'll work closely with our Practice Manager to maximise commercial performance, focusing on key measures, while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.


We're looking for an experienced RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with a CertAVP in Surgery, able to perform TPLO/TTAs or equivalent, spinals, fracture repair, and complex soft tissue procedures. Your ability to support nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures, as well as your coaching and influencing skills, will be essential in getting the best out of every colleague.
