Senior Sales and Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targeted revenue growth
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH
- Work closely with internal departments to promote cross-selling opportunities
- Manage your sales pipeline while acting as a point of contact throughout
- PROMOTE OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO NEW AND PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of success in sales and business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel frequently (field-based role)
What We Offer:
- A basic salary between £35,000 - £50,000 per year
