Service Desk Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Service Desk Analyst for CV-Library. As a hybrid role, you will have the possibility of working up to 4 days per week on-site in Norfolk.

As a key member of our team, you will provide first-line support to external business users, analysing and resolving user problems. You will also be responsible for general administration duties and maintaining high levels of customer service.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Providing administrative support to back-office systems and bespoke software where required.
  2. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for all support queries and adhering to Service Level Agreements.
  3. Offering 1st and 2nd line support, logging incidents into the service desk system and managing tickets triaged from front-line support.

For this role, the estimated salary is £14 per hour, paid on a PAYE basis, with Inside IR35 status. We are looking for someone to fill this position until the end of March 2025.
