IT Support Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our end users in the UK.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT issues across multiple technologies within agreed service level agreements.
  • Raise, update, and resolve case records using our IT Helpdesk system with precision and accuracy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and emails.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to phone systems, including setting up extensions, call groups, and voicemail changes.
  • Raise cases from proactive monitoring systems and email notifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft-centric business software and cloud solutions (desired).
