Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse or RNLD to join our team at FitzRoy Support, a national charity transforming the lives of people with learning disabilities and autism. This exciting role offers a fresh challenge in an innovative nursing setting.
Our organization provides nursing care that is tailored to meet the complex needs of the individuals we support. Many of them have had community placements in the past, which has prepared us to provide specialized care that addresses their unique requirements.
About the Role:- Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Location: Flexible (with regular travel to support locations)
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to individuals with complex health needs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each person's unique requirements.
You will also contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs aimed at improving the quality of life for people with learning disabilities and autism. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping the future of our organization and making a real difference in the lives of those we support.
Key Requirements:- Registration as a Registered Nurse or RNLD with the relevant professional body
- Proven experience in nursing care for individuals with complex needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
