Clinical Development Specialist

**Job Overview**
Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support the improvement of clinical governance and quality of care for residents in our care homes.

You will be responsible for reviewing clinical governance databases and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to meet regulatory requirements. Your leadership skills and passion for delivering exceptional care will make a real difference to our residents.
Requirements
To succeed as a Clinical Development Specialist at Barchester Healthcare, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (General) with a current NMC registration. You must have experience working in a care home environment and possess strong analytical skills.
