Job Description:

IT Support Specialist needed to provide expert technical assistance to our customers in the UK. This role involves troubleshooting complex IT issues while maintaining high standards of communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve IT issues across various technologies within agreed service levels.
  • Efficiently manage case records using our IT Helpdesk system, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries via phone calls and emails.
  • Set up and manage phone system features, such as extensions, call groups, and voicemail configurations.
  • Generate cases from proactive monitoring systems and email notifications.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (desired).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft-centric business software and cloud solutions (wanted).

£40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
