We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our client, a leading fluid power company, in a key leadership position.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and product range.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands market share
- Provide leadership to the sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Set and monitor sales targets, providing guidance and support to ensure objectives are met or exceeded
- Proven experience in a sales management role
- Excellent team management skills
- Strong ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated capability to sell products or services successfully
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to sales management
