Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Partnership Support Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Partnership Support Team, including diary management, email management and general office duties.
- Input accurate and timely information into local systems to produce documents, training registers and work lists.
- Take minutes at meetings and produce meeting reports.
- Provide general office support, including arranging meetings and sending out information.
- Work flexibly and respond to changing priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a busy and complex service orientated environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, including Excel spreadsheets, Word processing, Teams, Outlook and One Note.
- Ability to work under own initiative and respond to changing priorities.
- Training on local systems will be provided.
