Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Partnership Support Team.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative support to the Partnership Support Team, including diary management, email management and general office duties.
  • Input accurate and timely information into local systems to produce documents, training registers and work lists.
  • Take minutes at meetings and produce meeting reports.
  • Provide general office support, including arranging meetings and sending out information.
  • Work flexibly and respond to changing priorities.

Requirements



  • Proven experience in a busy and complex service orientated environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, including Excel spreadsheets, Word processing, Teams, Outlook and One Note.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and respond to changing priorities.
  • Training on local systems will be provided.
