Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Harper Finance. This is a full-time position based in Stratford-upon-Avon, offering a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department, including meeting and greeting visitors, preparing rooms, and arranging catering.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and other peripherals, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Support the dispatch of invoices, oversee utility payments, and monitor office expenses.
  • Input hours of work for contractors, submit expenses, and manage petty cash.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an Office Manager or similar role is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • High proficiency in MS applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
