Area Sales Lead - Vancouver Outlet

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Lead to join our team at the AllSaints Vancouver Outlet. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store image.

As a key member of our team, the Area Sales Lead will work closely with the store manager and brand leader to achieve business objectives. They will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and maintain a positive store image
  • Collaborate with the store manager and brand leader to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for sales associates
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Area Sales Lead or similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of sales operations and customer service principles
