Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics across your region. You will lead a team of sales professionals and be accountable for delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.

  • You will have experience of leading teams across differing geographies and sales and service-focused sales people to deliver against sales targets and KPIs.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining branch standards across your area and supporting your teams in achieving their targets.

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 OTE, which includes a basic salary, car allowance and uncapped bonus. This role is based in the North East, Yorkshire and East Midlands regions.
