Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leadership Manager to join our team at AdMore Recruitment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction metrics, operational excellence and sales performance across your region.
- You will lead a region and create the right culture within your team, demonstrating genuine care and passion for the happiness, well-being and engagement of your team members.
- Daily site visits will be essential to maintain branch standards across your area and support your teams in achieving their targets.
Your responsibilities will include communicating with head office and drawing upon the support functions to set your teams up for success.
With responsibility for the leadership, success and development of your management team, you will demonstrate an inspirational leadership style ensuring that your team receives clear direction and support through coaching and mentoring.
The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 OTE (On Target Earnings), which includes a basic salary, car allowance and uncapped bonus. This role is based in the North East, Yorkshire and East Midlands regions.
