FASHION PERSONNEL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced fashion retail professional to join their team in Richmond. As a Premium Product Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales and meeting KPIs while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in fashion retail management and be able to make commercial decisions to drive profit and establish the store in the local market. You will be responsible for training and developing your team and leading them from the shop floor.

The estimated salary for this role is up to £42,000 plus bonus and benefits. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefit package and excellent career prospects.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for fashion and customer service.
