Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client adoption and onboarding, churn mitigation, relationship building, and retention. With an initial account base of 35-40 clients, which will rise to a maximum of 50, you will work with a mix of mid-sized and large enterprise clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years experience in customer success/account management SaaS roles
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry
  • A stable career record
