Key Responsibilities

This part-time Administration Assistant role at CPS Group (UK) Limited requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing administrative documents and databases, including risk assessments, signage, and fire safety tests
  • Assisting with recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases
  • Overseeing office maintenance, facilities, and equipment, including liaison with third-party service providers

Apart from these key responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain a professional and welcoming office environment, meet and greet visitors, and accept parcels. We offer a competitive salary of up to £25,000 pro-rata, depending on the number of hours worked.
