We are seeking an experienced Hotel Project Manager to join our team based in London.
Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled project manager to work on high-end hotel projects across Europe and the Middle East.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects, working closely with architects, designers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Ensure effective project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a project manager in the hospitality or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Project and P6, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated at £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonuses and benefits.
