About the Role

The Property Project Management Coordinator supports the Property Team in delivering property-related capital projects and operational programmes across all Clermont Hotel Group assets. As an administrative function, this role assists Property Project Managers with day-to-day tasks, including project administration, planning, invoice management, cost control, supplier management, design, scheduling, resource allocation, and project accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and manage internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and materials as needed.
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations to support project objectives.
  • Attend and take minutes at various meetings, issuing them to relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Track and raise Purchase Orders and Payment Requests as required.
  • Process invoices and assist with vendor/consultant onboarding procurement processes.
  • Support construction contract documentation and professional team appointments.
  • Complete internal process forms for project matters and maintain department information.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support project accounting, including budget tracking and financial risk minimization.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
