Role Overview:

Addison Project, a seasoned provider of external project management services, seeks an experienced Project Engineer to join its team in the Head Office, Thornton-Cleveleys. This individual will work with minimal supervision, contributing to the delivery of various projects within the manufacturing and process industries.

The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conducting research and analysis to determine project feasibility and requirements. They will create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, while coordinating and overseeing the work of team members and external contractors.

About the Role:

  • This is an opportunity for a skilled Project Engineer to manage small to medium-sized projects on chemical/petrochemical, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, or COMAH sites.
  • Responsibilities include providing technical support and guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, best practices, and client requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum HNC in an engineering discipline, preferably a degree, and have experience using office packages to manage budgets and resources.
  • They should also be able to interpret customer requirements and convert these into deliverables with awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality.
