Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Data Implementation Manager to join our team at Impax Asset Management. This permanent position is responsible for leading the portfolio analytics & index data procurement process, reviewing and maintaining contracts and agreements, and contributing to and updating the Impax Data Providers Matrix.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and knowledge of data contract negotiations and management.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the portfolio analytics & index data procurement process.
  2. Review and maintain contracts and agreements.
  3. Contribute to and update the Impax Data Providers Matrix.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in portfolio analytics & index market data, data governance, data management, and systems implementation within the Asset Management industry.
  • Strong understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi-Assets products.
  • Experience in using AI prompts to optimise processes and/or generate coding scripts.
  • Experience with data and reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of data contract negotiations and management.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
