The Royal National Hotel in London seeks a highly skilled Hotel Operations Coordinator to join their housekeeping team. As a key member of the hotel’s operations department, this role plays a vital part in maintaining high cleanliness standards through thorough inspections, accurate record-keeping, and effective resource allocation.



  • Inspecting and Maintaining High Standards: Conduct regular room and area inspections to ensure compliance with hotel brand standards.
  • Record Keeping and Coordination: Maintain accurate records of room status and inventory, coordinating with housekeeping to update room statuses in the system.
  • Lost and Found Management: Log and secure lost and found items, maintaining accurate records.

Requirements and Qualifications



  • Experience and Skills: Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor in a hotel environment is required. Proficiency in OPERA and Knowcross systems is essential.
  • Key Attributes: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills are crucial for success in this role. A positive attitude, calm under pressure, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential.
