The Role

The Hotel Groups Coordinator supports the management of the groups reservations process between the stages of a signed contract to operational delivery before arrival. This role liaises with clients to ensure all needs are anticipated and catered for before arrival at the hotel, including briefing the operations team for their management from time of arrival at the hotel. This is a floating role and will support all hotels within the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Brief the operations team on client requirements and expectations
  • Coordinate the reservations process to ensure seamless delivery
  • Work closely with the operations team to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
