Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and communicate sales leads to the Sales team to drive future business growth.
  • Send weekly reservations reports to hotels in your cluster to ensure they're prepared for incoming guests.
  • Input rooming lists and confirm details with customers, requiring attention to detail.
  • Ensure timely payment from customers before check-in dates.
  • Load group offers and reservations into our Opera system, utilizing your technical skills.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Leonardo Hotels brand and product offerings.
