About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Groups Coordinator to join our team at Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport. As a Groups Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing groups and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage groups and events, including room blocks, catering, and activities
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful event execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including group details and event statistics
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth event execution and guest satisfaction
