Job Description:The Complaint Resolution Expert will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints related to financial products and services. This includes investigating complaints, providing clear explanations to customers, and ensuring all complaint handling processes comply with industry regulations.
Requirements:- Experience in a complaints handling role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, debt recovery, case management services, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Estimated salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
