Job Description

The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for responding to guest inquiries, handling complaints, preparing drinks, maintaining inventory, operating the POS system, and cleaning the bar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests, answering questions and making recommendations.
  • Address guest complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Prepare beverages according to hotel standards, maintaining a working knowledge of all menu items.
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of drinks, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Maintain a fully stocked bar, monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Operate the bar POS system accurately, managing transactions and reporting discrepancies.
  • Clean bar surfaces and equipment regularly, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
