Fixed term contract/secondment opportunity for 12 months
We are seeking a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Operations Director.
As post holder you will provide a modern, efficient and reliable administrative and secretarial service to the Operations Director, Emergency Planning and Overseas Visitors.
As post holder you will be required to provide a modern, efficient and reliable administrative service and will be required to manage the electronic diary schedules for the Operations Director, prepare agendas, papers for their meetings and take minutes.
You will manage electronic diary schedules, liaising with other Divisional / Corporate Pa’s as required.
You will be required to support with the production of reports and presentations. You will also need to be an effective decision maker to ensure the varied and challenging workload is managed to the high standards required.
In addition, you will need to act as an ambassador for the Operations Director in the dealing with all verbal and electronic queries.
