**Regional Training Lead (Part-Time, 30 Hours per Week)**

**Role Overview**: As the Regional Training Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in our journey. You’ll coordinate, develop, and deliver employee training. This includes mandatory and legislative training, as well as facilitating access to external training opportunities.
A full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential as up to 50% of your time is spent commuting to our various sites in Norfolk and Suffolk.

- **Tech-Savvy**: Competency in IT systems and maintaining training records.
- **Education and Training**: Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent).

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively deliver exceptional training with a customer-facing approach.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality training that meets regulatory requirements.
- Assist the Regional Support Manager in coordinating internal initiatives.
- Facilitate face-to-face training sessions and induction programs for care home employees, promoting an inclusive and positive learning culture.
- Identify and support individuals with specific training needs through coaching, mentoring, and refresher sessions.
