Financial Complaints Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Complaints Specialist to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services sector and be able to resolve complex complaints in a fair and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints related to financial products and services.
  • Investigate complaints by gathering and analysing relevant data, liaising with internal teams, and reviewing transaction records.
  • Provide clear explanations to customers about the resolution process and outcomes.
  • Ensure all complaint handling processes comply with industry regulations, requisite legislation, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a complaints handling role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, debt recovery, case management services, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
