We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Estimator Specialist to join our team at Emcor UK, where you will be responsible for implementing best practices and establishing commercial data across the division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement cost estimation methods and liaison with external bodies.
  • Establish meaningful commercial data and obtain specialist subcontractor costs.
  • Update Pipeline Reporting System and contribute to BD Management information reports.
  • Measure performance versus contracted requirements.

The ideal candidate will have relevant estimating experience within the FM Industry or Mechanical/Electrical, as well as proficient IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
