YMCA Norfolk is a dynamic organisation that provides meaningful opportunities for young people to thrive. As a Financial Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic direction through exceptional finance reporting and processes.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Finance Team on a fixed-term basis until 30th November 2025. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to undertake finance transformation projects, improving efficiency and ensuring accurate, complete, consistent, reliable, and accessible reporting.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised CCAB/CIMA accounting qualification (full or part-qualified) and have a solid understanding of financial controls and workflows. They will be proficient in incorporating these controls through financial systems and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake finance transformation projects to enhance efficiency and improve reporting quality
  • Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Team to achieve organisational goals
  • Develop and implement financial controls and workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability
