Clinical and Office Administrator Role

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical and Office Administrator to join our Outpatient Team within the iMSK; in Orthopaedics. This is a permanent position, working 5 hours a week from Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality care, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience with healthcare systems and procedures, particularly Cerner, is desirable but not essential. We offer comprehensive training for the right candidate.

  • Provide administrative support to the team, covering general office duties and tasks from Monday to Friday.
  • Handle incoming post, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
