Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Edinburgh and Lothians region. As a core member of our administration team, you will provide critical support to our managers and teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Duties

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing calendars and arranging meetings for departments
  • Preparing meeting materials, including agendas and minutes
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and other logistical tasks
Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative capacity, preferably within a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is £23,362 - £25,368 per annum, based on a part-time schedule of 10 or 30 hours per week.
