Marie Curie UK is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join their team in the South East of Scotland.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is £24,272 - £26,368 (pro rata) based on Marie Curie Pay Scale Band 2, aligned with AFC.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to managers and teams across the region, ensuring all contacts receive the highest level of service. This role involves arranging patient appointments, creating agendas, and taking accurate minutes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Arrange patient appointments and professional meetings on behalf of departments
  • Create agendas and take accurate minutes for meetings
  • Prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
