About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Support Services Coordinator to join our team in South Scotland. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support services to our departments, ensuring that all patient contacts receive the highest level of service.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have recent knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures, including minute taking. They will also have experience of working within an admin role or customer-facing service, with the ability to prioritize workload and work towards deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to managers and teams throughout the South and East of Scotland
  • Arrange patient appointments and professional meetings on behalf of the departments
  • Create agendas and take accurate minutes
