EQUANS is looking for an Administrator to join our team in Location on a temporary basis (12 Months). This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.  

Reporting to the Performance Manager, you will be an integral member of the sites HR Administration and reception support team delivering all Office Services. You will support the delivery of a professional and efficient administrative support to the Office Service in line with the organisations goals and values.

What will you deliver? 

Absence management Process return to works/tracking. Update HR systems. Arrange Investigations/Disciplinaries and support by taking notes. Recruitment to include all the following:- Advertise and monitor vacancies/Arrange interviews and compile associated paperwork/ Process new starters and Leaver/ Carry out Equans inductions. Carry out Security clearance for all Equans staff and contractors. Payroll Input weekly/monthly and reconcile Process Holiday sheets and track holiday purchases. Using the photocopier and Scanning of documentation. Assist with compiling Newsletter. Cash Reconciliation. General Administration duties. Answering and diverting the Main Switchboard. E Permit Logging. Receiving, acknowledge, distributing and posting of mail. Booking Meeting rooms. Issuing Visitor PPE. General filing.

Who are we looking for? 

Previous experience within Administration. Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook. Have good communication skills and have the ability to liaise with management and operatives at all levels. Ability to work within small team and with minimal supervision. Have good attention to detail when typing data and figures. Ability to work to deadlines and timescales on a daily basis. With constantly changing priorities a flexible approach to working is essential.

This role includes a Basic DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
