Surveying Executive
The Property Management team sits within Surveying Services, which is part of the Property & Asset Management department. The team are responsible for managing the property estate for their clients, with a focus on delivering industry leading management of their client’s properties, contributing to the Centre of Excellence and maintaining strong relationships with each client.
This is an exciting role for anyone who wants to join an industry leading team and provide support to the corporate clients JLL acts for across the UK. No prior property experience is required. You will form an integral part of your client team with the support and training from Management Services, which provides you with the opportunities for career development within PAM and across JLL’s clients.
General Expectations Will Include
Maintaining accurate property database. Instructing JLL’s Data Management Team to update database for leases, licences to assign, change of landlords etc. Verifying changes to database.
Checking and approving invoices.
Checking demands to be raised to tenants including ad hoc recharges.
Managing day to day relationship with JLL’s utility partner and overseeing recharges to tenants.
Support the annual insurance renewal process for the client including checking RCA figures, tenancy details and draft certificates before they are recharged to tenants.
Responding to requests for documents.
Arranging inspections for surveyors, contractors and the client tracker
Preparing reports from database, creating and updating spreadsheet-based reports.
Responsible for and team or client SharePoint portal including loading of reports.Support Contract Director with preparation for client meetings
General further support where required.
Co-ordination of updates for reporting, to include chasing other agents for monthly updates, preparing and checking output
Fee billing
Liaison with both internal and external clients to co-ordinate database services and information, including managing the processes involved in new property and/or portfolio management instructions and properties going out of management
