We are seeking a talented Regional Growth Coordinator to join our team at Thomas Gray, focusing on joint ventures, subject to planning, unconditional acquisitions, and outline schemes.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, deal-focused professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, representing the business at the highest level and driving strategic growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Land department to identify and secure opportunities that align with our company's vision, ensuring profitable outcomes and sustained regional presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating relevant due diligence preparation
  • Reviewing development appraisals and liaising with the Finance team to ensure deal analysis is thorough
  • Ensuring a clear communication line between all parties
  • Manging the completion of deals to maximise each one to their fullest potential
  • Work alongside the Land department to assess planning prospects from initial identification to post acquisition

About You:

  • Knowledge of all aspects of residential and mixed-use development, planning agreements, funding, design, and 'added value' issues
  • Knowledge and experience of land acquisition, housing for sale, and PRS
  • Collaborative and a team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Skilled in relationship building and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills
  • Commercially astute and entrepreneurial-minded

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience
