About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Benefit Cosmetics UK. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of Sales Development Managers in the EAST of the UK.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of Sales Development Managers to achieve sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store management and Retail Head Offices.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
