Cambridge Regional College is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join its team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring that financial reporting information produced by the College is timely, transparent, and accurate.

The Finance Manager will work closely with the Director of Finance and be responsible for the development of the College finance system and reporting, sales ledger, purchase ledger, and month-end process. The ideal candidate will be a finance professional with CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or CIPFA qualification or equivalent experience in managing financial functions and working with devolved budget holders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of finance professionals
  • Develop and implement the College finance system and reporting
  • Manage the sales ledger, purchase ledger, and month-end process
  • Work closely with the Director of Finance

Requirements:

  • CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or CIPFA qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing financial functions and working with devolved budget holders
  • Strong leadership and management skills
