About the Role

This Sales Director position at our CDC location demands leadership skills and innovative sales strategies to drive daily sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • A proactive attitude, representing HSS on-site and achieving store targets by consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals, prioritising tasks, and delivering results with a solution-focused approach.
  • A sales-driven mindset, engaging with customers to boost sales and ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the branch sales team by setting a strong example, implementing sales campaigns and strategies to drive performance and exceed targets. Additionally, they will assess team performance, identifying areas for development and taking proactive steps to support growth. The role also involves analysing business trends to identify opportunities for growth and surpassing weekly and monthly sales targets, tracking performance with sales figures and key marketing metrics.

Working Hours
