Director of Sales Performance Optimization

We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Sales Performance Optimization to join our team at Epsilon. As a Director of Sales Performance Optimization, you will be responsible for leading the development of sales compensation plans that drive business growth and success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of sales compensation plans that align with company objectives
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop sales incentive compensation plans that drive business outcomes
• Drive sales incentive compensation plan analytics and assess plan effectiveness and expenses
• Manage development and distribution of plan documents, calculators, and training materials
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (finance, business, mathematics, statistics) preferred
• 7-10 years' experience in sales incentive compensation design and development
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and exceptional project management skills
• Experience in large, complex organizations with multiple revenue channels or sales divisions
• Advanced time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel

Salary Range:
$160,000 - $220,000 per year.
