Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business growth strategies that drive performance across multiple areas.
- Analyse data regularly to inform business decisions and create targeted strategies.
- Career coach and mentor Sales Leaders to build business acumen and reach stretch goals.
- Monitor and support Sales Leader teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Facilitate regular sales meetings and collaborate with internal teams to drive business outcomes.
Our estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
