Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive all aspects of the dealership's new and used car sales operations
  • Lead, inspire and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring a seamless and exceptional sales journey
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure targets are met
  • Build strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a company car. This is a highly competitive package that reflects the demands of the position and the skills required.
