Transaction Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Manager to join our team at Marshall Motor Group, working closely with our Sales Manager to deliver exceptional customer outcomes in the sale of finance, insurance, and additional products.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules and guidelines.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to a team of Sales Executives on the sales process, balancing sales performance with good customer outcomes.
  • Assist in closing vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
  • Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
  • Upskill the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance.
Requirements:
  • Previous Franchise Experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or experience within a Sales Executive or Sales Controller position.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and with a professional approach.
  • Ability to mentor others and have strong attention to detail and compliance.
  • Team player who can use own initiative and multi-task.
  • Excellent customer management skills.
