Sales Performance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Performance Specialist in MINI Bournemouth.
This role offers a basic salary of £20,000 plus uncapped bonus with average OTEs of £45,000, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to grow their career in the motor industry.
As a Sales Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers receive good outcomes from every interaction they have with us.
You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve individual sales targets. This will involve fully exploring and satisfying customer needs for finance and insurance products and optional extras.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a keen interest in the motor industry and a desire for a successful sales career. You should also be able to build rapport with customers easily and enjoy working in a target-driven environment focused on good customer outcomes.
