About the Job

We are searching for an experienced Innovation Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts in the environmental tech space. As a leader in this field, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and drive revenue growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our reach in key markets worldwide.
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors and resellers, building long-term partnerships.
  • Rapidly respond to sales leads, qualify opportunities, and deliver accurate quotations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Utilize CRM (HubSpot) effectively to optimize processes.
  • Represent the organization professionally at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Manage administrative duties and contribute to the team's collective success.

About You:

  • A highly experienced and results-driven professional with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • At least 5 years of inside sales or account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • A team player eager to contribute to a growing organization and achieve shared success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
