About This Opportunity

We are seeking an innovation director to join our team at Jagex Ltd. As a key member of our Growth leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that drive business growth and engage our passionate community.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies that drive business growth and engage our passionate community
  • Lead the development of groundbreaking marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of innovative strategies
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform innovative strategies and optimise marketing efforts
  • Maintain expertise in brand-building and performance marketing to ensure delivery of ROI-driven initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in innovation strategy and execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for gaming and a clear understanding of the RuneScape community
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
